• Operating multiple accounts;
• Conduct that bd50 determines to be harmful to the platform, its staff, or other players;
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.

In cases of account closure due to breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, balances will be returned to the verified payment method on file after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts subject to forfeiture under these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the bd50 platform — including but not limited to the bd50 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of bd50 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bd50 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any bd50 content without prior written authorisation;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on bd50 content;

Their use on bd50 is governed by separate licensing agreements between bd50 and those studios. Players have no rights in or to any game content beyond the right to play within the bd50 platform during a registered session.

8. Limitation of Liability

In all cases where bd50's liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, bd50's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your bd50 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
